Hancock County's second of two Quality Assurance Training sessions offered in 2012. Participants need to allow a little over an hour to complete a 15-minute rotation of four stations.

As required by the Ohio Department of Agriculture, all 4-H and FFA members planning to exhibit livestock at their county fair must attend one "Quality Assurance" session each year.

Two opportunities will be offered in Hancock County for 2012.

  • March 22nd at Riverdale High School, 20613 SR 37, Mt Blanchard OH 45867

  • May 19 from 9 am - 12 pm at Hancock County Agricultural Service Center

Quality Assurance - Hancock (last 2012 session)
Hancock Co. Jr Fair livestock exhibitors who have not yet attended a Quality Assurance session for 2012 are reminded that the last offering in Hancock County will be on Saturday, May 19th, 9 am - 12 pm. (participants will rotate through a series of four 15-minute stations. Rabbit exhibitors are not required to attend Quality Assurance, but are encouraged to attend a rabbit clinic being held May 14th, 6:30 pm at the Hancock County Fairgrounds.
