Food Safety Training

Level 1 Food Safety Employee Training is a basic food safety education course for food service workers (such as servers, cooks, deli workers, dishwashers, daycare workers, cafeteria workers) who need basic safe food handling knowledge and skills. 

ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Training Certification (Level 2) is the restaurant and food service industry's preeminent food safety training course.  This 16-hour course is designed by the National Restaurant Association and has become the industry standard in food safety training.  ServSafe® training is for food service managers who supervise the serving of food in restaurants, schools, hospitals, group homes, nursing homes, day care centers, or anywhere food is prepared and served to the public.  Check back for 2012 class dates.
