Basic Money Management class to be held September 23rd. The cost is $10 but scholarship funds are available for individuals who are referred by a local non-profit agency.
Apply now for a new training class being held this fall! Classes will begin September 25 and run through November 20. Participants are expected to have basic horticultural interest/knowledge. The training program involves 48 class hours (Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 6-9 pm at OSU Lima Campus) Course fee is $150 which includes a Master Gardener Volunteer manual, course handouts & class refreshments. In addition, a background check is required as part of the application process. Trainees then commit to volunteering 50-hours of community service sharing their gardening knowledge to become an OSU Extension Master Gardener Volunteer.
