Individual Honor Award Application Form

- 2012 Hancock County Jr Camp is June 26 - 30.
Applications
accepted: Reservations are first come, first served
basis as long as space is available. Campers need not be 4-H members.
- 1-page supplement to Camper Registration Form.
Camper Health History Form- submit with camper registration.
Adventure Program Permission Form- submit with camper registration.
