4-H Animal Project Judging - 2012

Interview Study Guides: Whenever possible, a study guide for the Livestock Interview has been included in the following web pages.  These guides are updated yearly.

Interviews for livestock projects will be held August 6 in the Show Arena at the Hancock County Fairgrounds.

  • After June 1st, you can visit the web site http://hancock.osu.edu/topics/4-h-youth-development to schedule your interview time. (It is a good idea to write your time down or have a parent store the information in a calendar file.) If you have questions with regard to scheduled/un-scheduled interviews call 419-422-3851. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early if possible. We hope to keep on schedule as we respect that 4-H members & their families are very busy. If you miss your scheduled time, then you may have to wait until the next open interview session.
  • Be prepared to talk with an interviewer about your project. Bring your completed project book, &  Livestock Feed Record Pages (some projects allow members to repeat a project several years using the same project record book & inserting new feed record pages).
