The demo garden is looking good. (regular work time is 9 am on Fridays) Please remember our MGV Plant Exchange (May 10th at Bill Jones' home) and start gathering some plants that you are willing to share. It's always a good time! Let's go gardening is scheduled for May 12th, and we need a few more volunteers. Please contact Diane Solis if you can help. It's important that we are there to answer questions, and it is also a great time to see what plants/items you "can't live without". Also on May 12th, the Men's & Women's Garden Club of Findlay is having a plant sale at Tidy Rides (across from the 12/Tiffin Ave. triangle). Help support their efforts and get some good deals. Thanks to all who helped make the Leisure Living Show a success. We had a lot of comments and questions. Thanks also to Ruth Furiate for her presentation "Master Gardeners - Who We Are & What We Do" for our Annual Recognition Banquet. The menu was really good and MGV's who attended enjoyed the evening. Hope to see you at the plant exchange & Let's Go Gardening! Marilynn |
