About Be Healthy Now - A Challenge to Fitness
Be Healthy Now is a 12-week program that challenges its participants to live healthier lives. It is open to anyone who lives and/or works in Hancock County. In 2009, 90 teams participated in Be Healthy Now. Winnings teams lost 5.24% - 11.35% of their body weight and established new fitness habits. Please check back as plans are being developed for 2010, and we hope that you'll want to join the challenge to Be Healthy Now!
