Schedule interview online via go.osu.edu/judging
Walk-ins are welcome and will be worked in as time is available. Scheduled appointments will be given priority.
New for 2016 - Participants should dress the same as your 'show dress'.
For those showing multiple species it is not necessary to change clothes. An example would be a member with a swine project wearing jeans, boots and a button-up shirt.
Livestock evaluation will be a three-fold process in 2016.
- Book Review
- Project Interview
- Skillathon Stations
Members should bring their completed project book and current records for evaluation. (If you need new record pages visit go.osu.edu/anrec) New project records should be completed each year!
Not having your project book is an automatic letter grade drop. A 3-ring binder is excellent to show growth through the years.
Project activities should be dated with the year in the 'age appropriate' sections of the book.
See the 2016 Hancock County 4-H Judging Booklet for more information about judging
