If you are a beef exhibitor that plans on showing a Market Steer, Calf Club, or a Finished Dairy Steer at the 2026 Hancock County Fair your animal needs to be at tagging on Jan 10. Tagging will start at 9am and finish at 12pm. You will drive through the Buckeye Building, unload your steers, weigh & tag, reload and leave. A $10 mulch fee per head is also due on Jan 10.
Additionally, there will be a Cross Bred Dairy Steer class starting in 2026!
All Finished steers, if not already DNA tested at the June 2025, weigh in will need to be DNA tested on January 10, 2026.
