Advance registration and payment is required as test items must be secured from the National Restaurant Association.
This session will be administered using a printed English version of the exam with answer sheet being mailed to the National Restaurant Association for scoring. Results are generally available within 7-10 days.
The Ohio Department of Health is now requiring all Food Service facilities licensed at Risk Level 3 or higher to have at least one staff person who has completed an ODH approved Level 2 Food Safety training.
If you have not already done so, register for training as soon as possible.
Ohio State University Extension has partnered with TAP (Training Achievement Program) Series to offer an online version of Level 2 Food Safety Training which meets all Ohio Department of Health requirements. This online training generally takes 3-4 weeks to complete and examination date must be selected at time of enrollment.
