This collection event is sponsored by Cooper Tire and Rubber Company, Inc. for free recycling of old passenger and light truck tires

Guidelines

  • Any Hancock County Resident 16 years of age or older can recycle up to 4 passenger or light duty truck tires - Proof of Hancock County residence will be required at the collection si
  • All tires must be 17 inches or less in rim diameter and be off the rim for recycling

Note - the transporting of more than 9 new or used tires in a single vehicle requires an Ohio EPA tire transporter license
