2020 Hancock County 4-H Family Handbook (Complete Handbook)
All 4-H members should follow exhibit requirements listed, as this is the standard judges will use. The handbook contains descriptions of 4-H projects, guidelines and exhibit requirements for Hancock County. Exhibits which fail to meet the requirements may result in low scores and reduced project grade.

Project Skill Levels are as follows:
B = Beginning level - for members with little or no experience in a project level, or 8-10 years of age
I = Intermediate level - for members with 'some' experience in a project area, or 11-13 years of age.
A = Advanced level - for 'experienced' members in a project area, or ages 14+
X = All levels - for all skill and age levels. Exceptions to these age guidelines are noted.
