2019 Hancock County 4-H Family Handbook

All 4-H members should follow exhibit requirements listed, as this is the standard judges will use. The handbook contains descriptions of 4-H projects, guidelines and exhibit requirements for Hancock County. Exhibits which fail to meet the requirements may result in low scores and reduced project grade.
