The Hancock County 4-H Shooting Sports Program allows 4-H members (ages 9-18) to learn under the supervision of certified trained adult volunteers. While learning activities are scheduled for shooting sports, this is not a 4-H Club; rather all participants must first become members of a local 4-H club. In addition, all youth taking a shooting sports project for the first time must take the Safe Use of Guns project, and clinics are offered early each year to review safety and assist with the completion of this project.
