Dining with Diabetes is a cooking school and nutrition education program designed for people with diabetes or pre-diabetes and their family members or caregivers.
Who should attend?
Anyone living with diabetes or pre-diabetes who wants to better understand their disease and desires to improve their blood sugar. Family members or caregivers who help provide meals and/or care to them can also register to take the course.
What will I gain?
- Watch live cooking demos by OSU Extension Educators including our very own Jennifer Little.
- Receive diabetes-friendly recipes.
- Gain new insights on healthy eating.
- Learn new skills to manage your diabetes.
