Live Healthy Live Well Wellness Inofrmation and Resources 

Live Healthy Live Well is a team of Ohio State University Extension Educators and Specialist in Family and Consumer Sciences concerned with health and wellness.  Our goal is to help individuals improve their health through science-based information.  These educational messages are designed to encourage individuals to make informed choices about healthy eating, active living, overall improved wellness.

In addition to this blog, you can engage with the Live Healthy, Live Well team through:

Facebook – visit and subscribe to the Live Healthy, Live Well page for daily posts on various health and wellness topics at

#LHLW365 – send a text message to 81010 and put @lhlw365-6 in the message to sign up for twice-weekly text messages containing health and wellness information.

Email wellness challenges – offered twice a year, email wellness challenges run for six to eight weeks. Participants receive two messages per week on health and wellness topics related to a theme. Contact a Live Healthy, Live Well team member to find out when the next challenge will be offered and to sign up.

Live (Lunch and Learn Presentations  & Wellness Webinars – Live Healthy, Live Well team members present on various topics related to health and wellness, and have some previous presentations available as recordings. Visit the webinars tab of the blog homepage to view recordings of previous wellness webinars.  Currently I share monthly on food/nutrition topics as a part of the free Eat Well Live Well (in-person) program at the Findlay Hancock County Library.  It is free and is held the first Wednesday of the month from 4:30-5:30 pm.
